The DeYulio family has been making Italian Sausage for four generations. We are a family owned and operated business. We have been around for over a hundred years, and we still have one of the best quality products around. We started out as DeYulio’s Market, which was founded by Nick DeYulio’s grandparents in 1911. The market sold grocery products, including Italian Sausage, which was made fresh daily in the back of the store. Then in 1945, Nick’s father decided to specialize in the manufacturing of Italian Sausage. Here at DeYulio’s we have many years of experience, giving us the leading edge in this industry. All of our products are delivered in our fleet of trucks, and we do our best to get you your order on the day you want it. We produce product daily and have one of the cleanest facilities you will ever see. Nick instilled in the current generation the belief & knowledge that keeping bacteria levels down at all times, before, after, and during production, is critical; therefore the facility is cleaned many times a day We are currently under the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, which includes cleanliness and product wholesomeness. Under this program we are inspected daily and regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). We believe in the HACCP program and feel that this system will ensure the safety of our products. In addition we have no problem delivering anywhere in New England. We make sure we can fulfill all our commitments to our customers. As a family owned and operated business we personally see to it that each of our customers are satisfied. We consider our customers partners, as if our customer grows so do we!!
